Royal FOMO

This drink is complex and fun. It takes some prep and planning, both with sourcing ingredients and preparation, but as a signature beverage in a café it is incredible in flavor, fun in color, and unique in its composition and experience.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • 3 oz horchata
  • ube cold foam
  • 3 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz coconut condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 oz ube

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Combine Barista Series™ Coconut and horchata in a steam pitcher and steam.
  2. Step 2
    Pour into a glass.
  3. Step 3
    Create ube cold foam with a hand wand or dry shaker until fluffy. To create cold foam, froth the chilled plant-based milk with either a hand wand, or dry shake to create the foam (about 15 seconds). The consistency should be smooth with few smaller bubbles.
  4. Step 4
    Pour cold foam on top of steamed horchata and coconut.
  5. Step 5
    Garnish with purple granulated sugar.
