Onyx Coffee Lab’s Summer 2023 Beverage Series Recipes

We’re excited to introduce the Summer 2023 Beverage Series, featuring delicious new drinks using Pacific Barista Series™ plant-based products! 

These three recipes were created by Andrea Allen, co-owner of café-roastery Onyx Coffee Lab, and the 2020 United States Barista Champion and 2021 World Barista Champion runner-up. 

The recipes are:

• Seafoam, Coconut Matcha Lassi 
• Honeycomb Oat Nitro Latte
• Cold Brew with Almond Sorghum Butter Cold Foam
