Root Beer Cold Brew
Recipe by Laila Ghambari, 2014 U.S. Barista Champion
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2oz Sassafras Vanilla Syrup(see Pacific’s Recipes page for recipe)
  • 2oz soda water
  • 4oz cold brew
  • 2oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add Sassafras Vanilla Syrup to the ice cup.
  2. Add cold brew.
  3. Add soda water and then ice leaving an inch of room.
  4. Top with Barista Series™ Coconut mill.
  5. Garnish with nutmeg.
