Royal FOMO
This drink is complex and fun. It takes some prep and planning, both with sourcing ingredients and preparation, but as a signature beverage in a café it is incredible in flavor, fun in color, and unique in its composition and experience.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
- 3 oz horchata
- ube cold foam
- 3 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz coconut condensed milk
- 1 1/4 oz ube
Instructions
Step 1
Combine Barista Series™ Coconut and horchata in a steam pitcher and steam.Step 2
Pour into a glass.Step 3
Create ube cold foam with a hand wand or dry shaker until fluffy. To create cold foam, froth the chilled plant-based milk with either a hand wand, or dry shake to create the foam (about 15 seconds). The consistency should be smooth with few smaller bubbles.Step 4
Pour cold foam on top of steamed horchata and coconut.Step 5
Garnish with purple granulated sugar.
