This drink is complex and fun. It takes some prep and planning, both with sourcing ingredients and preparation, but as a signature beverage in a café it is incredible in flavor, fun in color, and unique in its composition and experience.
Ingredients
3ozPacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
3ozhorchata
ube cold foam
3ozcoconut cream
1 ozcoconut condensed milk
1 1/4ozube
Instructions
Combine Barista Series™ Coconut and horchata in a steam pitcher and steam.
Pour into a glass.
Create ube cold foam with a hand wand or dry shaker until fluffy. To create cold foam, froth
the chilled plant-based milk with either a hand wand, or dry shake to create the
foam (about 15 seconds). The consistency should be smooth with few smaller bubbles.
Pour cold foam on top of steamed horchata and coconut.
Garnish with purple granulated sugar.
